Did you know that Royal ISD is committed to paying off prior bonds early and to the responsible spending of public funds? In 2021, existing bonds were refinanced, which saved 2 years, saved $2,651,131, and reduced the interest rate from 4% to 1.82%. The RISD debt per capita is $5,222.
