New Process for Returning Students: Annual Registration Forms Required Prior to Schedule Pickup

Greetings Falcon Families!

We are so excited to welcome our Falcon learners back on August 15! The team at Royal has been hard at work to make sure the 2023-2024 school year is amazing! We are reaching out today to ask for your help on a very important task. Royal has scheduled our annual Meet the Teacher and Meet the Falcons events on August 10 and August 11. Teacher information, schedules, and additional information will be provided at these events.

Royal Early Childhood Center: August 10, 3-5pm

Royal Elementary: August 10, 4:30-6pm

Royal STEM Academy: August 10, 4:30-6pm

Royal Junior High: August 11, 5-6pm

Royal High School Meet the Falcons: August 11, 6-8pm

Each year, every Falcon family is asked to complete the Annual Registration Forms in the Skyward Family Portal. For the 2023-2024 school year, ALL families must complete the annual registration prior to receiving their child’s schedule and teacher information for the upcoming year at the 2023 Meet the Teacher and Meet the Falcons events. Completing this process prior to attending Meet the Teacher or Meet the Falcons will allow you to soar through the schedule/assigned teacher pick-up lines.

PLEASE NOTE - THIS POLICY APPLIES TO RETURNING STUDENTS. PRE-K STUDENTS AND STUDENTS WHO ARE ENROLLING IN ROYAL FOR THE FIRST TIME WILL COMPLETE THE NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION PROCESS (CLICK HERE FOR SPANISH).

Completing this step is easy!

  1. Visit https://skyward10.iscorp.com/scripts/wsisa.dll/WService=wseduroyaltx/fwemnu01.w
  2. Enter your username and password* to log into the Skyward Family Portal.
  3. Complete and submit the Annual Registration Forms.

A registration station will be available for families who have not yet completed annual registration. Upon completion, you will be able to pick up your child’s schedule.

There are several reasons that make this a crucial step in ensuring a safe and successful school year.

  • Safety & Security – Royal needs to have updated contact information for every family so that if there is an emergency of any kind, we can keep our students’ parents/guardians informed about what is happening and provide guidance on next steps when needed.
  • Health – If a Falcon student is ill or needs medical attention, updated parent/guardian information is needed so that we can keep you informed.
  • District events and information – Royal needs updated contact information to inform the community about upcoming events. Royal offers fun and informational community events throughout the year, and we love seeing and engaging with our Falcon families.
  • Federal Funding – Each family is asked to complete a brief informational survey, which is used to ensure that Royal is able to receive all available federal funding resources. Those resources allow Royal to continue offering free meals to all students, programming such as ECHS and CTE degrees and certifications at no cost to students’ families, and much more.

    5. Watch your email for a message with instructions on how to log in with your updated email address.
