How long have you been at Royal? This is my first year at Royal.
What's your "why"? Because representation matters when serving students who may not have strong examples of what fortitude and grit looks like. And like Rita Pierson said “because every kid deserves a champion”.
How do you contribute to the district mission statement of "investing in our tomorrow"? Adding value to the students every day through making connections that will enhance both their professional and personal lives.

What are 1-2 goals you would like to achieve during the 2023-2024 school year? 1. Learn more about culturally responsive teaching and implement that in my instruction. 2. Improve student’s writing skills from one level to the next.
