Royal FFA Exhibitors Bring Home Championships from the Waller County Fair

The Royal FFA Exhibitors brought home numerous and prestigious awards this year at the Waller County Fair October 2nd –5th, 2019 as our Royal FFA members exhibited their livestock at the Waller County Fair in Hempstead, TX. Royal FFA had a total of 33 participating exhibitors ranging from broilers, goats, swine, heifers, steers, as well as creative living projects. Hard work, time, dedication and countless hours have gone into the preparation of the county fair that started back In 1945. Our Royal FFA members have proven themselves time and time again. We continue to strive for excellence and acheive our dreams at what we set our minds to. Congratulations to all of the 2019 Waller County Fair Participants and Exhibitors. In addition to the livestock show, the livestock judging contest was held on Friday October 4th. Congratulations Junior team member Porter Jacob, first place Waller County Fair participant winning a livestock judging belt buckle as well as overall high point individual in the junior contest. The Junior Teams placed third consisting of Porter Jacob, Remy Danz, Maria Gomez and Presley Jacob. Royal Junior FFA Team #2 also placed 8th, team members are Madison Meader, Tate Hakemack and Kaylee Lake. The Intermediate team consisting of Kaelyn Hein, Jaylyn Danz and Elizabeth Ibarra placed 2nd as a team out of 28 teams competing. The senior team placed 14th, Andrea Gomez, Sharon Gutierrez, Melanie Arguello and Yajaira Salazar. Congratulations to our livestock judging team.
