Recently, you should have received an email with the subject “Request for feedback”. If you have not received the survey, please check your email spam folder. Please complete the survey at your earliest convenience, as it will provide Royal ISD with a way to evaluate and plan for the social-emotional learning (SEL) needs of our Falcon students. The survey is conducted by Panorama, a firm that provides confidential surveys to school districts.

Why is this survey important? SEL is an important part of a well-rounded education. Research shows that SEL is an important lever for boosting academic achievement, including 11% gains in academics. Positive social-emotional skills are also correlated with improved attendance, reduced disciplinary incidents, and an 11:1 return on investment for SEL programs. The more data we have related to SEL for our students, the more we can ensure student success.
Any feedback will be completely confidential, and RISD will not have the ability to view the source of any responses. Data is obtained through the Panorama survey portal, which does not provide data about respondents.
