How long have you been at Royal? This will be my first year teaching!
What's your "why"? My why is to show students that anyone can learn and do anything you put your mind to! This core belief that all students can learn helped inspire me into education.
How do you contribute to the district mission statement of "investing in our tomorrow"? I will always create a safe environment for my students and help them become global citizens for the world of tomorrow.

What are 1-2 goals you would like to achieve during the 2023-2024 school year? I would like to have even more hands-on experiences in my science class and have lots of engaging activities for my students to show how awesome science truly is!
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working? I love to cook and bake! I make THE best mac and cheese and the most awesome chocolate chip cookies (ask the RJH staff about my cookies)!
Anything else you'd like to share about yourself? - I recently got engaged over the summer! I am a reptile mom to a ball python, chameleon, and turtle.
