Royal Junior High hosted the 2023 Falcon Health Fair on Monday, February 27. The Health Fair attended by approximately 130 people and was staffed by the following organizations and departments:
- Co-Sponsor Next Level Urgent Care, who provided the healthy snacks included in the attendee gift bags!

- Royal Health Services
- Royal Sports Medicine
- Katy YMCA
- Royal Culture & Well-being, including yoga demonstrations!
- Royal Nutrition Services
- Royal Police Department
- Student Health Advisory Committee (SHAC)
- Royal Boys & Girls Club
- Royal ISD Administration
