The Royal ISD Department of Special Services is committed to providing valuable educational opportunities to prepare students with disabilities ages three through twenty-one for positive school and post-school outcomes. Students with disabilities receive instruction in the least restrictive environment and are educated with non-disabled peers. They are provided access to general education curriculum and instruction to the maximum extent appropriate for the student.
