Reminders Regarding Skyward Password Resets!

We have received an overwhelming response to our campaign to make sure that all families are able to access the Skyward Parent/Family portal. Thank you! Due to COVID-19, it is vital that we have a current email address and up-to-date information for each family. This will allow us to communicate all updates to our Royal families. 

The family portal enables parents to check their students' grades and attendance, update contact information,  and much more.  If you know of other families who have not yet requested access or who are unable to access the portal, please share this message with them.

A few things to note: 

  1. For faster processing, please do not submit requests in Facebook messenger, by calling your child's campus, or by emailing/calling a RISD employee.  
  2. Please send ALL requests to falconstrong@royal-isd.net. Messages should include the following information for each child in your family: 
    1. Your student's name
    2. Grade level
    3. Student ID number 
    4. Parent name and email address (not a student's RISD email address)
  3. Requests are processed in the order received. Thank you for your patience!
  4. Once access has been received, visit Updating Information for Current Students (Español) for complete instructions on how to complete the forms for returning RISD students. RISD asks that parents/guardians complete registration forms within the Skyward Parent/Family portal for each child in their family.  Parents/guardians will also use the Skyward Parent/Family portal to enter the 2020-2021 learning option for their children. The deadline has been extended to Friday, July 24
