Meeting Notices

Public meeting notices are provided in the following locations:

All meetings (regular, special, workshops, etc.) are open to the public. All meetings and notices are conducted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act. A list of current and past Royal ISD Board meetings and agendas can be found at the following link: BOARD BOOK. 

Regular Meetings

Regular meetings of the Royal ISD Board of Trustees (School Board) are typically held on the second Monday of each month at the Royal ISD Administration Building (3714 FM 359, Pattison, TX 77466). Exceptions may occur if the second Monday of a month falls on a school holiday. Unless otherwise outlined on the notice and agenda, regular meetings are typically called to order at 6:30 p.m.

Special Meetings

Meeting days and times for special board meetings, workshops, and trainings will vary.

Public Comments

Community members wishing to speak at Board meetings must register no later than 5:00PM on the day of the meeting. Requests MUST be submitted in one of the following ways:

• By completing the Royal ISD Board Meeting Online Public Comment Form

• By printing the Public Comments Form and submitting the completed form to the Board Secretary. Completed forms may be submitted via email to contactus@royal-isd.net OR by bringing the completed form to the Royal Administration Building (3714 FM 359, Pattison, TX 77466)
