Royal Career & Technical Education
Program Vision Statement

Career and Technical Educations programs in Royal ISD are dedicated to preparing young people to manage the dual roles of family member and wage earner. Career and technical education programs enable students to gain entry-level employment in a high-skill, high-wage job, and/or to continue their education. We accomplish the aims and beliefs of our vision through tangible, visceral, and meaningful experiences offered in 12 Programs of Study at Royal ISD.

Falcon graduate Nick Gonzales is the Royal Career & Technical Education Director. Mr. Gonzales has been on the team at Royal for ten years. When asked why he works at Royal, he responded, "To develop young men and women of character in my home and community." His contribution to the district mission statement of "investing in our tomorrow" is to work with stakeholders to get 1% better each day.
