Royal Junior High science students put learning into action in Ms. Ebanks' class. They were instructed to build a model of either a plant or animal cell and label all of the organelles using PlayDoh. Students were tasked with explaining what the organelles did and what they resembled. For example, some students felt that the cell membrane reminded them of a door because like a door lets people in and out, the cell membrane lets molecules in and out of the cell. #WeAreRoyal #AttitudeAndEffort
