The Royal Texas Association of Future Educators (TAFE) competed at the TAFE Area 4 Conference on December 1 at the University of Houston Downtown. Fourteen students competed in 11 different events throughout the day. These students have been preparing and practicing since the school year began. Mrs. Beyer, TAFE Advisor, is happy to share that 12 students ADVANCED TO STATE! TAFE State Conference will be held February 28-March 1 at the Kalahari Resort in Round Rock TX.

Victoria Gonzalez competed in Exploring Non-Core Teaching Subjects and Franco Roble-Lara competed in Creative Lecture JV. Jesus Argueta assisted as timekeeper in multiple events at Area 4. Mrs. Beyer is very pleased with all her Royal TAFE competitors and is looking forward to seeing how her students do at the State Level in TAFE!
