Lynette Beyer Named TAFE Area IV Teacher of the Year

In a heartwarming celebration of dedication and passion in the field of education, Royal CTE Education & Training Instructor Lynette Beyer has been honored with the prestigious title of Texas Association of Future Educators (TAFE) Area IV Teacher of the Year. Area IV of TAFE consists of schools from 1A to 6A residing in Waller, Harris, Liberty, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston, and Brazoria Counties. With an illustrious career spanning 34 years, Lynette's commitment to shaping young minds has left a lasting impact on the education landscape of Royal ISD.

In her role as a public school teacher, Lynette Beyer has been a dedicated and inspiring force. Her passion for education, coupled with her dynamic teaching methods, has left a lasting impression on students and colleagues alike. Over the years, Lynette has consistently gone above and beyond to create engaging and effective learning experiences for her students. The students enrolled in Mrs. Beyer’s Practicum of Education & Training regularly visit the ECC, RES, and STEM campuses to serve as teacher aides and support staff so that the students can eventually earn the Educational Aide in Texas Public Schools Certification, an Industry-Based Certification that is approved by the Texas Education Agency (TEA).

Lynette's commitment to education extends beyond her role as a classroom teacher. She serves as the Advisor for the Royal Chapter of the Texas Association of Future Educators (TAFE), a position where her leadership and mentorship have flourished. Under her guidance, students have not only excelled academically but have also demonstrated exceptional leadership skills.

One of Lynette Beyer's crowning achievements as the TAFE Advisor is her success in training State and National Champions. Her dedication to nurturing the talents of aspiring educators has resulted in her students consistently achieving excellence at both state and national levels.
