A mandatory in-person pre-proposal meeting will be held at 4 p.m. on Friday, March 1, 2024 at the Royal ISD Administration Building. Sealed proposals will be received until 4 p.m., March 18, 2024 at the Royal ISD Administration Building, located at 3714 FM 359, Pattison, Texas.
Opening of proposals will follow at 4:15 p.m., March 18, 2024 in the Board Room. The board has the right to accept or reject any or all parts of the proposal, and to wave any technicalities.
