On November 15, 2019, the Royal SkillsUSA Executive Officers attended the SkillsUSA Texas District 9 Fall Leadership Conference. The conference was held at Houston Community College Workforce Center in Stafford, Texas. These seven student executive officers represented the Royal SkillsUSA at various workshops of public speaking, team building, job interview, and SkillsUSA knowledge and framework. Along with about 100 other students from the District 9 area, the Royal officers learned new ways to represent our chapter at various school events and career and technical education activities throughout the school year. At the conclusion of the conference, Royal was recognized for donating over 80 children books for Christmas as a part of the districts community service. Guest speakers from the Texas Workforce Commission and officers from the national SkillsUSA officer team concluded the conference. Congratulations to the executive officer team in representing our chapter this year at the fall leadership conference.
