The 2020 Royal FFA Livestock & Horticulture Pledge drive final totals are in and plans are being made for check distribution to the students in the coming days. A grand total of $156,865.00 was raised through the generosity and unselfish commitment of our chapter’s support network.
Students will be fulfilling their final obligation to receive funds earned through the Pledge Drive by writing and sending Letters of Thanks to those who purchased, as well as added-on to their livestock and horticulture projects. Royal ISD-CTE AgScience staff are personally contacting their students by telephone and via email this week with instructions and contact information for their letters.
Details will also be provided regarding the check distribution schedule slated for next Thursday, May 14th from 9:00AM-1:00PM at the Pattison Area Volunteer Fire Department.County and State safety guidelines pertaining to distancing due to the COVID-19 pandemic will be enforced.
