Twenty-five members of the District Leadership Team (DLT) spent December 14-15 building team trust and developing the district’s mission, vision, and core values. Superintendent Rick Kershner stated, “Our team is excited about the renewed focus on the direction Royal is headed as a district. The leadership team at Royal ISD is phenomenal, and I am excited to see where we go from here. The lessons learned in the workshop will be invaluable as we develop a strategic plan and continue to work toward a bright future for all Falcons!”
Royal ISD would also like to extend a HUGE thank you to Pattison House for the complimentary use of their beautiful facility for this important workshop and to Flippen Group for facilitating the session.
As we continue to learn about the talents everyone brings to the table, we will be able to leverage the team’s collective strengths to truly elevate Royal ISD to greatness and make it a premier destination for learning in our region and throughout the state of Texas.
