Stream Realty recently broke ground on six more industrial buildings within Royal ISD boundaries. Click here to read more. This is just one example of the growth coming to Royal. Other examples are a 900-acre property on FM 362 near Royal High School that is slated for a subdivision. Other projects in the works include planned subdivisions off Wilson Road and FM 2855. Freeman Ranch has also broken ground on its next phase (pictures below). In total, over 5,000 homes are projected to be built within Royal ISD in the coming five+ years.
